We stand behind every treat we make. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Refunds:

• Requests accepted within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• Email info@babyboytreats.com to initiate a return
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective

Damaged or Defective Products:

• Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product
• Include photos and a description of the issue
• We’ll offer a refund, replacement, or exchange

Important Notes:

• Opened or used products cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval

• Request, review, or delete your stored personal data
• Withdraw consent from email marketing at any time
